So everyone who pays for INSURANCE will have to pay MORE for these lawsuits. Buckle up, it is going to be a rough ride.

That just breaks my heart and makes my eyes misty. That poor girl has a lifetime of misery ahead of her. They chopped off the parts that make her a woman and she is disfigured for life.
Is she also suing her parents? If not, why not?

This was intentional criminal behavior masquerading as medical care.
Yep. She was used by the evil predators in our society. The powers to bring down this country will use the blood of our children to further their agenda.
While we’ll hear more of these stories, the real tragedy is that we will not hear all of these stories because many of these kids, who have been abused, will commit suicide and it will all be covered up, just like the vax injuries in the name of ideology.
Can a 13-year-old buy a gun? Can they drive? Can a 13-year-old drink alcohol? Why not? A few more of these lawsuits and this evil may stop. This really is madness. A product of a sick, debauched, diseased society.

Bottom line: Her parents gave their approval of this irreversible surgery on their minor daughter.
The parents were misguided, confused and intimidated, but nonetheless, they must have signed their approval for the moneymaking procedures to begin.
She probably doesn’t want to sue her parents, one, because she cares for them, and two, because they very likely have no significant assets (deep pockets) to pay her any worthwhile settlement.
In a few years, this kind of rude awakening will be happening so often, new laws will need to be written so that the de-transitioned can still sue.
Same way sexual harassment is less fixed by how many years have gone by before the victim presses charges.
Lotta female names in the professional medical and psychiatric fields that steered this decision. Quacks and degenerates or should it be whore$ for profitS?

Any doctor who removes the breasts of a healthy 13-year-old female need to be tortured and run out of town on a rail.

My kids told me of one of their 13 year old friends who was groomed by an online predator and was given hormone drugs to become a boy. Sadly, her parents did not know about. The parents were going through a divorce at the time because the father was molesting the girl and her sister. We live in an area were stories like that are common, fathers molesting their children. The trauma either causes the girls to want to become boys or take drugs.
They must have skipped the lecture where they covered The Hippocratic Oath.
If the hospital loses this lawsuit it will signal the beginning of the end for this crap. Hospitals, doctors, and insurance companies have no stomach for losing lawsuits.
