Every time I go to London, I visit the Tower of London and sit in the little room below grade level, where Thomas More spent his last months. I am reminded often these days of Thomas More and King Henry VIII and the kerfuffle over Anne Boleyn. More, you see, would not sign the oath and proclaim the legitimacy of the marriage of the king to Boleyn because of the inconvenient matter of Henry’s divorce from Catherine. More, good lawyer that he was, determined that his safety resided in him saying nothing — keeping his mouth shut. For a time, it was enough.
And then it wasn’t. Only a statement affirming the marriage and the succession of children, if any, of the marriage would do. And when his devout Catholic conscience would not permit him to assent to the marriage, he found himself convicted of treason and ended up with his head on a stake on London Bridge.
I am not concerned about ending up on a stake of a Chicago bridge, but I also find myself where silence is no longer permitted by the DIE fascists who control every one, it seems, of our institutions. Compelled speech is the order, and I do mean order, of the day in every business endeavor.
And now it is June, and all institutions must proclaim their approval of and solidarity with the modern-day version of Henry’s ill begotten marriage — post the rainbow flag, everywhere and anywhere, or be considered a bigot. On corporate websites, on email, on Facebook profiles, silence is no longer okay. Only in-your-face, loud and thunderous approval of that to which you are indifferent or do not approve will be accepted. And why?

But, how do you know who they are?
It wont stop with this. If we think we can placate tyranny by going along with it we fool ourselves and have now set a precedent for the next demand.
I wondered why churches in Germany hung Nazi flags, now I understand. What will churches do if a rainbow flag will be required?
I think lines drawn in the sand early are essential.
One can't really beget a marriage - only offspring (or, when used metaphorically, some other result or consequence).
Otherwise, I am in complete alignment with your standpoint. The current situation is truly dystopian.

Buy local and from people you can personally know. Do that whenever possible. Secondarily, buy online from companies after checking their website for DIE content, or from businesses that you already know are not woke, i.e., My Pillow. (I haven’t bought anything from them and I really don’t care for Mike Lindell, but if I need any of his products, I’ll shop there first.) Lastly, I do one of two things. I either go without, which has become my preferred option to save money, or I break down and buy woke.
There’s plenty that I want in life, but little that I need. I find the self control of sticking to what I need to be very empowering.

My wife and I have not found this to me an accurate description. For the most part, the "community" -- what a funny assertion given most of them don't know each other -- is not in evidence much. Perhaps some regions and areas are as yet not infected and affected by the media's attempt to make the "community" look bigger than it is.
What the AB and Target fiscal effects are showing is that people who will not be dictated to are many more than these activists expected. Wait and see. This nonsense will run its course, and the next decade of lawsuits -- investors losing money, employees who were coerced sue, and the victims of the trans-drug-surgery industry seek recompense will wash over the "community."
Schisms enough over same-sex marriage have torn apart the Episcopal, Presbyterian and Methodist church denominations, with more on the way. Ditto school board elections are eating away at the "community" as people chose not to be led by the "pride" nose. Caution against concluding that the perverse are winning is warranted, because the media itself is also withering in the fray. When Carlson and Walsh (recently) get greater "hits" than cable news channels, one sees the "walk away" -- which we are told isn't working -- is working mightily. Slowly but growing in number.

The ad goes on to spotlight a bunch of gay people and says one percent of sales will go to Ali Fornoy Center (aka, Queer Eye). I also learned that Skittles has a special relationship with the LBGTQIA community. I could care less what you do in private, but I can't begin to tell you how fed up I am with having this crap shoved down my throat. Walmart, Skittles, and everyone else in the ad just moved onto my No Buy list.

There aren’t any. And if you boycott the one’s who do support it, you will save a lot of money. You will also have no food to eat, no gas in your car, no clothes, or basically anything else. I went to Sam’s Club yesterday. They had a children’s pride clothing display right inside the front door.
Biden is, was and always will be an idiot. In any such scenario the targets would be personnel and supply chain. No fuel, or crew and the F-35 doesn't fly.
Hmm. Given "Hamilton" is an all black-brown cast, perhaps an all-white and Asian cast for "Porgy and Bess" would be well received?
