Biden appeared to rub his head after bumping it on the helicopter's doorframe while exiting the aircraft, according to a White House pool report:

M1 landed at 7:04 pm, and the president exited a few minutes later. He bumped his head on the doorframe while exiting the helicopter but otherwise appeared spry, wearing a blue suit with a matching tie and trademark aviators. Smiling, waving, and gingerly approaching the pool, he joked I got sandbagged in reference to the fall earlier today. Then he skipped once, holding his smile, and kept walking. No response to shouted questions about whether he was okay after the fall and what he and former President Obama discussed over the phone.
He smiled it off while walking toward reporters then said: "I got sandbagged," referencing his on-stage tumble hours earlier that sparked national headlines.

I hope he’s in Walter Reed right now. He had a bad fall earlier, and whether he’s rubbing his head because of bumping against a doorway...also indicating that he’s not doing very well on spacial perception...or because of pain from his earlier fall, it’s not good.
Get a brain scan going.
That Marine standing at attention is probably grateful Uncle Joe can’t read minds. You can just imagine what he’s thinking about our stumbling, bumbling, tumbling President. But he has to keep a Poker Face anyway.

I can understand mobility problems for the aged. Most of us will experience this eventually. I cannot tolerate diminished cognitive abilities. Biden has experienced that his entire life.
The look on that Marine’s face is priceless.
I’m 78. I occasionally stumble. But more often, when I am wearing a baseball cap, I hit my head on a low tree brach or a car door frame. I blame it on the cap. There is a good reason for workers wearing them backwards. So I will give Joe a pass on this.
He could collapse onto the ground and start shaking uncontrollably, and the media would end the report with "he otherwise appeared spry"
