A former vegan is claiming that eating meat again saved her life.
Kai-Lee Worsley adopted a strict diet of no animal products after living with vegans. She moved from Canada to the West Coast in 2016, according to South West News Service.
But six months into the diet, she began feeling sick and her hair started falling out. Her nails grew brittle and she could barely stand. “I was extremely tired all the time. I couldn’t form coherent thoughts,” she told SWNS. “I would just lie in bed multiple times a week and I would spend all day in bed if I could.” Still, Worsley continued with the vegan diet until June 2019.

Gorillas never left Sub-Saharan Africa. But if you are light eyed, light skinned Caucasian than you are descendant of five to ten thousand years of winter. You had to physically adapt to very low levels of sunlight, almost no carbs for 9 months of the year, and a food source of Fish, eggs, dairy and meat for nine of the twelve months.
When they say hunter gatherers. You are mostly the hunter. And if you try to eat vegan, you will be in poor health.
Those veggies will eventually kill ya.
You have to learn how to cook with these ingredients and create healthy well rounded meals. Most people can't be bothered to do that.
The hospitals are full of cardiac, stroke, heart disease, and diabetes complications patients, most of whom got there due to their overindulgent omnivore diets and sedentary lifestyles. But, amazingly, veganism is the one that gets dinged for being unhealthy or inadequate.
Be smart about how you eat regardless of which method you choose.
I was just thinking about gorillas turned meat eaters.
But they are kind of slow to be hunters.
That life sprang out of Africa is speculative.
Dark skin is more adaptive and beneficial for prolonged low light situations.
Humans are omnivores.
