Police Blotter: Drunk Husband Hides From Police In Tiny Closet; Man Thinks He’s Surrounded By Hidden Cameras Friday, May 12, 2023 An anonymous caller told police they received concerning text messages of a man and woman on Clear Brook Court. Police arrived and spoke with the wife. She said nothing was going on, however her husband was very intoxicated. Police spoke with the husband, who was hiding in a tiny closet in the bathroom. The man was clearly very intoxicated and speaking nonsense. The man didn’t live there and police asked if his wife if he needed to be removed. She said no, because he would have nowhere to go. Neither had any signs that a physical altercation occurred.
Police received a call about a man with a machete who was involved in a disorder near the homeless camp behind 490 Greenway View Dr. Police searched the area but were unable to locate anyone needing assistance.
Police were called to Arby’s at 5420 Brainerd Road where there was a disorder and a customer was asking for a manager. The customer told an officer he was just upset that he got a cold and hard sandwich. He just wanted to speak to a manager about the issue. The officer talked to the employee who placed the call to police and she said she didn't know what was happening with the customer and that he seemed very angry and aggressive. She called police because of the way he was acting. They were able to figure out a resolution.
Police were called to check the area at 6925 Lee Hwy. on a shirtless black male who was yelling at passing cars and people. Upon arrival, police found the man some time later. He was identified and said he was a transient and made comments about being filmed for a movie. He said he was being followed by a drone and hidden cameras were all around him recording him. The man rambled about multiple things. He asked police for a ride to a cheap hotel. An officer transported him to 7024 McCutcheon Road where he walked into Super 8.
A freshly made sandwich?
Looks like he was affected by something more than alcohol.
At least you didn’t tell her how they made the patties
he got a cold and hard sandwich
“If ya want hot and juicy, go to Wendy’s.”
This one is awake.!!
There are two in my area, one near my house, one near where I work. The one near my house is sub-par. It is just off the expressway and is for people who are driving through on their way north. The food is not rotten but it is not good. Clean restrooms though. Their customer base is people who will stop there a couple of times a year.
The other near where I work is just between the shopping district and the downtown area and the customers are mostly locals. The food is is somewhere between acceptable and good leaning more toward good. Their customer base is people who will eat there a couple times a week. OR they will go down to the deli which is a bit slower and a bit more expensive but the food is between good and yummy leaning more toward yummy.
The manager feels the hot breath of the deli on his heels so he makes sure what they serve is a step up from most.
Still do not look like the pictures through.
Probably because what they show in the pictures is made of vinyl. :)
(Brainerd Road)
I was hoping we could take care of it here. You know, in Brainerd.
My old hometown, Chattanooga. Have lots of family and friends there and surrounding towns. Go there a couple of times a month. It’s always a bit embarrassing, looking at the Hamilton County Booking report photos. One would think only inbreds and scum lived there, looking at those reports. But, it’s got a lot of nice places and people in reality.
Must be one of those new laws because back in the 80's I read an article about it in National Geographic World and they were using vinyl then.
Please do not say National Geographic lied to me.
(although come to think about it I would be very surprised)
Seems as if most of these calls involve drugs,
Police blotter Friday night bump.
My town usually has a cat up a tree incident.
There should be plenty of video to go with this story, with all those cameras.
Maybe they should have walked him to the back and put him in the freezer until he cooled off.
Yes all the mass murders were stoners the new stronger stuff twists the mind at a faster rate.
