I don’t like Jack Daniels—it’s too sour, I prefer Japanese or Irish whiskey—but not Slane, which is owned by Jack Daniels’ parent company.

Bushmills, Glenlivet & George Dickel are nice though. Toss in an occasional Jamesons (to remind me why I don't drink Jamesons) and all good.
