This is not: when taking the Bar Exam after law school, when it comes to Constitutional Law, you are told, “Don’t read the Constitution, it will confuse you and you will not pass the bar.”
There’s a zillion lawyers running around who have no clue about the framework, presumptions, structure, text, or Court perversions of the Constitution nor how to read it as written and originally understood and intended.

The bar tests on black letter law, so for Con Law, it’s a test on the ins and outs of Supreme Court precedential decisional law. Whatever those decisions say, however deranged, you’re responsible for spitting back out as part of your analysis.

Babylon Bee is having such a hard time creating satire these days.
There is absolutely no way the left can actually believe the garbage they are spewing. They HAVE to know that their lies are being uncovered so their only hope is to keep piling on more lies.
They are hoping to just bluff their way through this and hope something comes along to take the spotlight off them. Which worries me. What crisis will they create in order to have breaking news concentrate on something else for at least two weeks?
Yes, you have to ignore the actual Constitution and recite the heinous Supreme Court decisions to pass the bar.
In the meantime, these new lawyers have no clue about the REAL U.S. Constitution which has been basically ignored by the Supreme Court since around 1900.
Time to reinstate the US Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the Supreme Law of the Land.
