There’s a zillion lawyers running around who have no clue about the framework, presumptions, structure, text, or Court perversions of the Constitution nor how to read it as written and originally understood and intended.
The bar tests on black letter law, so for Con Law, it’s a test on the ins and outs of Supreme Court precedential decisional law. Whatever those decisions say, however deranged, you’re responsible for spitting back out as part of your analysis.
