That’s the Bee.

This is not: when taking the Bar Exam after law school, when it comes to Constitutional Law, you are told, “Don’t read the Constitution, it will confuse you and you will not pass the bar.”

There’s a zillion lawyers running around who have no clue about the framework, presumptions, structure, text, or Court perversions of the Constitution nor how to read it as written and originally understood and intended.

The bar tests on black letter law, so for Con Law, it’s a test on the ins and outs of Supreme Court precedential decisional law. Whatever those decisions say, however deranged, you’re responsible for spitting back out as part of your analysis.
