A Connecticut artist had her nose bitten off by her boyfriend’s pit bull mix rescue when the pooch got spooked by her teeth-whitening device.
Olivia Quast, 30, from Thomaston, suffered horrific injuries to her face and arm during the Feb. 3 incident involving her boyfriend Graeme Stasyshyn’s 6-year-old dog, Bentley, which he’s had for four years.
Quast speculated that Bentley, who was abused as a puppy, might have been startled and provoked by her teeth-whitening mouth guard equipped with a UV light.

She didn’t put it down after that incident. Then it killed another cat in almost the same manner. She had it put down after that. I agree with you. She should have put the dog down after the first time. Glad she didn’t have any children.
“The precious dog’s diet must be continued. Human noses.”
They’ll get a good start with the ears of pigs...

“My history with pit bulls goes back to 1990,” retired San Diego and Tucson prosecutor Richard W. Morris opens in Death by Pit Bull.
“That year, while my wife and I were out of town, a young lady was taking our dogs for a walk on a public street.”
Breaking through a fence, a pit bull attacked the Morris family dogs until a neighbor shot the pit bull to protect nearby children.
“Not long after that attack,” Morris continues, “a pit bull attacked a 17-year-old girl. She did not even know a dog was in the house she was visiting for a party.
“The pit literally bit off her nose, then went for her throat. The owners were able to save her.
“I know this because I was her lawyer.” . . .
It sends shivers up my spine thinking that what happened to that cat, could have happened to a child.
Poor lady, I hope plastic surgeons can repair her face.
i really despise pitbulls ever since 2012 when one attacked my puppy and I had to strangle the pit to get my puppy freed. I would have killed it if the owner hadn’t been screaming
Pitbull’s are a unstable dog they have killed many kids owners say they were a loving dog NOT.
Never trust on they were not breed to be mans best friend.
“Eh? Why can’t she just marry him and get everything he owns plus half of what he earns in the divorce?”
Life is uncertain. Marry him, there might be children and why put them through 18 years of legal hell. Get a reasonable large settlement and avoid spending all your free time talking to lawyers and judges and find some other guy to marry in a place with waves and beach and sky.
I wish my ex had followed your advice...
Well...I understand.
Poor girl....I am looking at what they did to sew up her arm and it looks like it was done by a Candy Striper or maybe one of the housekeeper. I can appreciate that she was ripped up pretty bad but I think they could have used a few more finer stitches a bit closer together to get a smoother scar.
I know....its a big rip ad you do not want it to come apart.
