A couple of years ago, I ran across a thread on here regarding live tv streaming. One of the sites listed was ustvgo along with some others that I can't recall because I immediately went to the ustvgo site which it was terrific. It had it all plus it was free. Since I don't have TV, I had it on my PC everyday and had access to all cable and network stations.
In January it was taken down and the message left was 'sorry, we are closed'. After doing some research, it looks like some heavy weights got involved and probably threatened legal action so it disappeared.
I've been watching 123tv, while not as good as ustvgo, it still had network and some cable plus FOX news. Now, it too is gone as of yesterday.
Does anyone know of any other sites that they've used? The pay sites are almost as expensive as satellite now. They were affordable just 3 or 4 years ago but frankly, when paying, the money supports depravity and the lousy stations as well (i.e. MTV, pro sexual perversion stations etc). I currently do pay for Philo but it has none of the news or network channels.
Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. I was just looking at sling and it looks like they have Fox and some of the network stations. Thanks again!
I LOVE books but will admit, tv captures my attention more these days.
Philo has live TV.

“You log it into you internet like a computer. You can also plug a computer into it as a huge m monitor.”
I am typing this comment on a wireless keyboard connected to my Beelink mini computer (I5 processor, 16 gb RAM, and a 512 SSD). The computer is connected by HDMI to my Sony 7.1 receiver then by HDMI (ARC) to my 50” TV. I also have a lower level but similar (no receiver) set up in my bedroom. I think it’s the neatest thing in the world.
Having said that, losing USTVGO was a major issue for me. I had been watching cable TV on that site for years.
following....
How does that work? I’ve seen IPTV mentioned but I don’t have any idea what it is.
