You just can’t make this up! After allowing a China spy balloon to float across Alaska and the continental United States for the last 10 days, the US military finally shot the balloon down after its work was accomplished.
Now the US military is concerned they may not reach the balloon wreckage before China can. The balloon was shot down 6 miles off the coast of Carolina. They can’t be serious, except that they are.
The US military will not have a proper salvage vessel at the scene for several days.
These clowns are making a mockery of the United States.

You would think the Pentagon would have known roughly where the balloon would land and have Navy and Coast Guard assets ready. Biden military advisors are bumbling fools as was apparent from the Afghanistan fiasco and now the attack of the Chi Com balloon.

Oh my goodness! This is such b.s. A few miles off the coast of the Carolina’s should be one of the easiest places to retrieve such an item. Or, at least pin-point its location and surround it with security vessels to protect the area until the appropriate ship and personnel can arrive there to actually take possession of it.
Has our military sunk so low that it cannot pinpoint and take charge of such a spy satellite? I remember decades ago, the military (and media) being on site as the first space shuttle capsules arrived back on earth. Even then, they had no problems in locating and being at the ready as each one splashed down over the period of at first a few years, and then a few months. I also remember being amazed that they could find such an object in the big vast oceans.
We have been fed a major dose of b.s. from the beginning on this security encroachment on our nation. Everyone from the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd J. Austin, to the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, and Biden, the pretend Commander in Chief should step down over such failures!
Our nation has never before been governed (controlled?) by such traitors (not inept—for this is deliberate) as “leaders” since it’s founding. Even many of those who made policy mistakes before at least had the excuse of lack of knowledge or incorrect information for their mistakes. With this crew, you know it is pure evilness and their hate of America and all it stands for. We truly have traitors in our midst!

First clue: Biden coup knew about balloon and kept quiet until someone else spilled the beans.
Second clue: Biden coup gave some stupid reasons why they had to leave the balloon alone until it was finished its spying.
Third clue: Biden coup shot the thing down after it left land, then can’t recover it before the Chinese get there and get it.
So obvious this was all agreed to - I guess the document dump way of giving the Chinese their required information ran into a bit of a snag and they had to find other methods.
It’s not very deep when considering how deep the ocean actually is at its deepest point.

From the vids, the military shot the payload and not the balloon itself.
From 60k ft, the debris will be over many square miles over the flowing Gulf Stream.
Good luck finding much of anything.
