I spent 37 years driving every workday in city of Chicago. I was stopped at least 50 times by Chicago cops. Mainly because my car did not display City sticker but also traffic violation stops. I did not need that sticker because I lived outside city limits. But I always used polite behavior and no cop, black or white ever assaulted me. If I did not like the traffic ticket the cop gave me, I still kept my cool. The place to argue is in traffic court where the boss is the judge.
