I agree Frederick Douglas was right about the negros of his day. I stand by what I said about the fib and hoover

Article is from 2019. Any new information about this?
Bill Moyers was more than a press secretary. He was Johnson’s chief of staff and confidante. An amazing man. You might not like his politics but he was impressive.
Thank you for your posts; you are correct and it’s good to see someone say it.
Please see my post 93.
Yes, MLK plagiarized his dissertation at Boston University. I think it was about 40% or more of it from someone who had written their dissertation a few years earlier. I’m not sure if BU ever withdrew his degree though.
(Just skimmed it. Yep, you were right.)
I sincerely hope that this is BS, or we’ll have to rethink that holiday that just occurred.
Authenticity? I’m really not trusting the FBI, in any era.
MLK had 2 hookers in the motel room at the time or the night before he was killed.
Jesse Jackson was also in the room as was Rev. Samuel Kyles and Ralph Abernathy and Andrew Young.
“Martin Luther King Jr. spent part of the night before his assassination with two women and fought with a third, according to the memoirs of the Rev. Ralph D. Abernathy, his best friend and chief aide.”
“In an ensuing argument, King shouted at the woman and “knocked her across the bed,” Abernathy wrote.” https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1989-10-11-mn-354-story.html

Regardless, King was a Leftist, whether a Marxist, a Communist, a Socialist, or any other kind.
That is true for MLK.
But for the Reformer Martin Luther himself:
Commemoration of his death:

Of his birth:

Then there is Reformation Sunday!
Neither the Orthodox nor the Catholic Church celebrates either!
Not enough Lutherans know that, when King was born, his name was Michael King and that, when he was 5, he and his dad changed their names to Martin Luther King, Sr. and Martin Luther King, Jr. I hope some Lutheran pastors mentioned that trivia, during services, last Sun.
