Heh, and guess who’s buying them? Those folks pushing bug eating and electric cars on we proles. Always remember where these folks live and their habits - we’re going to need that info. They can have only so much protection.

The headline doesn't make any sense - luxury brands aren't supposed to be affected by economic trends. Only faux-luxury brands that appeal to aspirational consumers will see any big hits to their sales.

I used to work in a shipyard. Rolls Royce is heavily involved in the marine industry and we frequently had their tech reps in the yard. I always asked them if they could get me a discount on one of their cars. Not one of them thought that was funny, but I always did.

The purpose of the plandemic was to exterminate small businesses and transfer all wealth to the global elite.
It worked!

Must be all those lower and middle class people trading in their gas guzzling junkers for those inexpensive, Rolls Royce EVs. This will help them save money on their monthly automobile expenses AND save the planet . . .

~$2.9 billion for building 6000 cars. Not bad.

OK, rich people can still afford a Rolls Royce in these economic times. But can they afford a dozen eggs?

The people buying these cars are seriously insulated from this. Theyβve got money to burn, literally.
Whatever, Iβm not jealous. Stating the obvious.

Good discussion point for FReepers:
For all the people here who bought a Rolls Royce recently, did the price of gas (or EV electric charges) cause you to think twice?

People that buy Rolls aren’t affected by economic situations.
Plus they make darn good turbine engines that are always in demand.
