Those are the “religious Satanists”, who are more occult humanists. Palladist Satanists are the other kind, and they believe in Satan’s actual existence.
The Army of Satan is trying to tell everyone not to worry that they mean no harm except for slaughtering babies, hooking youngsters on drugs and then talking them into suicide, persuading young men to commit crimes including murder and perverting children so they want to change their sex or become gay and other really wholesome activities.
