As a former commercial pilot and aviation CEO, I'm not inherently drawn to political explanations for industrial disruptions. However the nature of the nation's airline meltdown that continues from the recent holiday period may cause one to pause and consider how this may stem, at least in part, from government interests and policy.
It is important to appreciate the extent of intentions and objectives that flow from extremist White House ideology, directed at industrial operations believed to be causal to global warming. This includes aspects of food production (fertilizer, for example), all fossil fuel consumption, and general human mobility (much was made of the COVID "lockdown" strategy and its effect on energy use, travel, and carbon emissions).
The global airline system is also in the climate ideologists' (and the U.N.'s) crosshairs, as it is seen as a major culprit of climate change. Like most arguments made by the progressive left, symbolism is often more important than facts, and while aviation's "carbon footprint" is relatively small (about 3% of total emissions), air travel is also a source of authoritarian political anxiety, as it represents human freedom in mobility and choice, along with its inherent ability to create social contact and the sharing of information and culture. One of the first things that any political despot seeks to curtail in a closed society is contact with outside sources, influence of "foreign" behaviors, and the disruption to political authority by the free exchange of ideas.
Certainly the internet and telecommunications can have a similar impact, which is why these are also filtered and controlled by authoritarian governments. But direct human contact is much more difficult to censor and influence. This is why electronic privacy invasion, surveillance, and data capture are embraced by the left:

The Lord has been very kind to me. I was given Life in 1944, and lived my adult life all through America’s best modern history days, and been privileged to work on or near numerous technological high-points and triumphs. I guess I’ve been some sort of Witness To History.
I have a profound sense of impending loss of much of great value in the days to come. I will miss most of it, I suspect, because no matter what may come, my allotted time span has about run its course.

While I am not qualified to discuss the quality of his charts and information, I did some work in the 60.5 GHz spectrum and what he posts seems correct regarding atmospheric wavelength transmissions.
I am not sure that there have been any major upper atmospheric studies on CO2, but there have been hundreds on O2 and ozone, ever since the discovery of the (naturally occurring) ozone hole variations.
Keep in mind that all of human activity pales in comparison to any volcanic eruption.
The great debates between causation and effect of human activity on stratospheric are, IMO, still a political debate. There is not enough understanding of how our Earth works to force leftist political environmental policy on all humanity.

I was blessed with parents who challenged me with my remarks! My dad would say something like, maybe you should put that idea on paper and think it forward for a decade or two. So, I was usually always more conservative in my views.
So, keep being yourself and let them think what they may about you but your love and true spirit from the Lord will hopefully awake them to REAL life!
Recently (since COVID lockdown and attempt at force jabs) it has dawned upon me that government and big corporations want us dead. Allowing the evil of illegal invasion, mostly males, does nothing harm our country and kills many by not knowing who the killer is who is here illegally! The jabs are killing people of all ages. Many Doctors pushed the jab knowing that it was not given the tests normally done for approval, but government gave them $$$ to push. Hospitals saw it as a profit item and easy to lockdown visitors to make it easy to treat or not. The number of food processing plants that have been destroyed and grocery shelves filled in waves or not. Cancer drugs that destroy and the natural treatments end up with the developer dead. Taxing us to death. Making us pay for illegal’s every matter of living. Transgender/Marriage abrupt legal changes. A supreme court and other courts that criminalize truths from God!!! Churches that distort God’s Word and think they are the new god almighty.
Yes, we need a reset and it looks like we’re either going to have a much needed revival or dig a deeper hole for those who cannot think but a few years ahead the impact of what they are being told.
The answer to the title’s question is yes. The federal government, put there by useful idiot democrat party voters, is the cause of air travel failures.

I have come to this conclusion as well and have set upon the why.
I suspect the answer is human labor is quickly losing value. For all of human history, human labor has been the most valuable commodity there is.
Once a man is not needed for his labor... he is simply not needed anymore.
