When an “entitled” customer rudely tried to push around a McDonald’s employee, the middle-aged woman gave the insolent punk a verbal beatdown that left him speechless.
He filmed the exchange and posted it to TikTok to bash her – but was stunned when nearly all comments took her side!
The female McDonald’s employee was highly praised by those who viewed the video confrontation.
In a video that has gone viral, one female McDonald’s employee was applauded for refusing to allow one extremely entitled drive-thru customer to push her around. Although the video is only 37 seconds long, it’s very clear why the female employee has had enough.
Viewers can hear what exactly the problem was as she points to his iced coffee and says, “It’s all on the bottom, see? And now go to a different store. We will not be serving you anymore.” She then closes her window to serve the next person in line. However, the unsatisfied customer wasn’t going away without a fight, and that’s when she shuts him down.
The female McDonald’s employee hands over the iced coffee drink to the customer
It appears that McDonald’s employees attempted a few times to make his iced coffee the way he wanted, but it wasn’t good enough. When the fed-up female employee informs him they won’t serve him anymore, he has the audacity to question her decision.
The customer posted the video exchange to TikTok — to bash the assistant manager and presumably expected everyone to agree with him.
But they didn’t – the vast majority of commenters took the worker’s side.
So despite the fact that the short clip received more than 700,000 likes and over 10,000 comments, he took it down because it made him look bad.

I see your point. However, at that I would leave it to the manager...Unless she was but still, I’d tell him to come in and make it the way he wanted. At that point I’m sure he would have simply drove off.
A Mc N-word ?
BTW the secrete
was TALLOW
I did time at McD, it’s amazing how many of the problem customers land in the drive thru, because they know they’ve got you “captive”. If they don’t move you’re screwed. “Come in and my manager will discuss it with you” generally just entrenches them. Letting them know a “mere” McD employee now looks down on them is much more effective. I’d have said something along the lines of “I’m just a crew person sir, I don’t have the authority to defy the laws of physics.”
The story said that she IS the manager (GM).
Okay, that changes things...her call. I’m sure she gets “bonuses” based on productivity.
Good on her.
Remember the teen in the chick fil a in New Hampshire who had a man berate her. He filmed her.
She held it together. She was a model employee.
He got fired.
that chick fil a had 8 and 10 hour lines from people who drove there from Maine and Massachusetts. The support was overwhelming. I tried to call in an order to give to the next person who wanted it. The assistant mgr broke down, overwhelmed with all the love and support around him.
About 30 years ago I made that as a sampler for my girlfriend’s kitchen. She had high maintenance children.

Adam M Smith Was a CFO of Dante Inc ?
Something like that
Actually that "worker" is the GM of the store, according to this article.
Apparently this customer had harrassed her employees on other visits so she ensured that she was the one serving the order this time so she could deal with it once and for all.
It's best to chuck those customers loose as they just hurt the bottom line and needlessly abuse your employees.
For most of my career, I've been the "manager" that the disgruntled customers always want to talk to when they are unhappy. I will bend over backwards for any customer that truly had a bad experience and will make it right. But as for those who are harrassing my employees and just looking for something for free, I'm more than happy to tell them they can take their business elsewhere.
I would say the 2% in the article is accurate. Most of my customers are great.
I want the moo goo gai pan, without the pan, and some pans.
“From what I saw, she is wrong”

I truly hope you are NEVER on a jury.
Your inattention to detail is staggering in the least.
There was a REASON you didn’t see the entire clip: He didn’t want to dissuade any of the useful idiots from taking his side.
Nice-—Thanks for glossing over the rest of my comment stating “it’s hard to tell because the video doesn’t give everything”.
But I have worked retail and there’s ways to deal with idiots like this——Move on troll.
