Interesting that he got his piece ready and waited until the guy was safely walking away from him before opening fire.

Yes, that is technically shooting him from behind, but OTOH, he was taking no risks that the guy would pose a threat to him. How many times have we seen that a perp is ventilated in a face to face shooting, and still manages to go for his gun to try to kill the person shooting him. The man with the gun was taking no chances. Can’t fault that.

This looks like a good case for jury nullification.
