I counted nine shots. I expect he will be sued for excessive force.
But then Jacob Blake in Kenosha (2020) was shot seven times by a cop,
and Dontre Hamilton shot 14 times by a cop in Milwaukee (2014) Those
cops weren't charged or sued so this guy shouldn't be either.

This happened in Democrat Houston. So he will be arrested for murder. He might beat the charge. But it will cost him lots of time, money, and anguish.

My advice to this guy: Get outta Dodge. If you are a Mexican national, slip across the border and lay low.

I counted 10 shots and what is problematic is that it wasn’t a quick full-mag dump. There were sporadic pauses in between some of the shots, especially on the last one which looked like a head shot.

The robber got what he deserved, but the Democrat run government there will undoubtedly try to charge the customer with some kind of manslaughter (or worse) charge.
