ST. LOUIS — A Missouri woman whose car was allegedly stolen is accused of tracking down the suspected thief on Wednesday, killing two men and wounding another, authorities said.

Demesha Coleman, 35, of Spanish Lake, was arrested Wednesday(snip)

She was charged on Thursday in the deaths of Darius Jackson, 19, and Joseph Farrar, 49, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. The two men were fatally shot outside a Speedie Gas station in St. Louis, according to the newspaper.

The two men were pronounced dead at the scene, KSDK-TV reported. Another male victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to his head, according to the television station.(snip)

Police said that after Coleman’s Hyundai Tucson SUV was stolen, she tracked the vehicle to the gas station, KSDK reported.

At about 10:30 p.m. CST, Coleman was captured on surveillance footage walking up to the vehicle at the gas station’s parking lot, the Post-Dispatch reported. She was with a man who police have not identified, but authorities said they were both carrying guns.

The video shows Coleman opening the front passenger door of the SUV with her gun raised, while the man opened the driver’s side door, KMOV-TV reported. Police said that Coleman opened fire and a shootout occurred, according to the television station.

Coleman allegedly told detectives during a recorded interview that she went to the gas station to take her stolen car back, then identified herself on the footage, according to court documents.

Farrar was shot in the torso and police found him next to a gasoline pump, the Post-Dispatch reported. Jackson was on the ground next to the SUV and had also been shot in the torso, according to police.

The third man was found on the far end of the gas station parking lot.

My Daddy, God rest his soul, would go a step further: “Pay that woman bounty and buy her more bullets!”

Not guilty.

People plead guilty way too early to these crimes when any reasonable jury would let the accused walk.

We need to start giving cash awards tk those killing criminals and saving taxpayers millions. Quick executions preferably public are all these low IQ thugs understand. But we lack the moral courage to act so things will only get worse.

She’s the right color to get a free walk. If it set a precedent, that could be a good thing. We are at the point where only frontier justice is going to stop the lawlessness.

When I was in high school someone broke into my car and stole a bunch of my cassette tapes. That might not seem like a lot but I felt really violated. I can understand the rage this woman felt. If you don’t want to pay the ultimate don’t do the crime.

The common symptoms of methamphetamine use are dilated pupils, anxiety, and aggression.

Two out of three ain’t bad. I think you’ll be seeing more of this as the judges and DAs continue to let the criminals roam free to commit even more crimes.

So if the cops had tracked the thieves down and shot them no problem. But the victim did it and is charged with murder. Ridiculous! I’d love to be on this jury.

We are going to see a lot more of this. Carjackings, street crime, etc. People are getting very tired of this stuff.

They stole her car. She tracked them down but they, seemingly, did not want to give the car back. She repossessed the car and made sure the perps will never steal anything again.

Put me on that jury and she doesn't do a day in jail.
