A reminder that the exploding drug crisis in the United States is not being driven solely by drug traffickers on the border but also by average U.S. citizens too:
A Dallas flight attendant pleaded guilty to drug trafficking after she was caught smuggling fentanyltaped to her abdomen at San Diego International Airport.
Terese L White, 41, pleaded guilty in federal court, admitting she abused her privileges as a flight attendant to smuggle the deadly drug through Transportation Security Administration screenings.
The lady thought she could get away with it because she had special prerogatives as an airline worker. But she was wrong:
She attempted to skip a TSA screening using the Known Crewmember line, which speeds up screening for airline crew.
Despite waiting in that line she was selected for regular screening, which was when TSA officers discovered the concealed packages taped to her abdomen.
You can picture this lady's reaction after getting signaled out from the express line:
Give this lady credit, she really tried to worm her way out of it:
She initially told law enforcement that the package was 'not what you think,' claiming it was a weight loss device she received from a colleague.
Ahh, yes, the old "these drugs are a weight control regime!" That's what every competent drug smuggler tells the feds when they bust him with a bunch of pills.
Must not have been Southwest...
This whole 600,000 deaths is just garbage. None of this is pure Fentanyl. Otherwise it would kill just about anyone who would touch it.
Yep...it’s given in Hosp. settings...I work some in a Hosp.
Yeah.
No. Pam Greer, at nearly 50 years old.
Not exactly true. Controlled use can be helpful. I received Fentanyl while in excruciating pain caused by kidney stones.
Busting her may not have required a rat. I was thinking her body language while she waited on line gave her away. Little “tells” the cops look for as they work. The since banned Anti Crime unit in NYC used these sorts of tells to decide upon whom they stop and frisk.
The love for money is a risky game you feel lucky.
One didn’t watch the video but one would have to see your point. They, the TSA peeps that is, might have just had an intuition.
First time offender...plus will play the melonin profiling defense...
Guaranteed will walk, and get a promotion at work!
I remember her now...thanks.
