The app reportedly causing all of these issues is MacKeeper. Ironically, MacKeeper is designed to keep Macs safe from malware by offering cleaning, security, privacy, and performance tools. Yikes.
According to the Elastic Security Labs report, 48% of Macs end up being infected with malware from MacKeeper.

Mac ping
Any security measure tends to be attacked.
How about Surfshark?
Ping!..................
MacKeeper is not designed to be anti malware. Saying that it is designed as anti malware is admitting to allowing it to install on your computer you moron. It has always been malware. It masquerades as ant malware to coax you to install it but it doesn’t do anything good. I don’t see it that much anyway supporting about 2000 mac users/machines in my organization. That means the writer is a really moronic moron.
Sounds like Dr Fubar and the CDC
Never heard of it
MacKeeper does not offer any services other than as a trojan horse distribution system for other malware. The writer is making **** up.

Always assume that someone is watching.

All I know is I have been using Macs for over 15 years without a single incident. I had plenty of issues with my Windows machines.
MacKeeper’s still around? And people just now learning it’s a scam?

All true and well known for, what, like 10 years?
The best anti virus is a protocol called “ if you don’t know where it’s from or what it does without someone else explaining it to you, Do Not Open.”
Delete is a useful function.
What's malware?
That means the writer is a really moronic moron
Way too kind; you left out the words stupid and idiotic.
That’s because when you have Sometimer’s, you forget
