Florida Supreme Court Grants Gov. DeSantis' Request to Investigate COVID Vaccine Manufacturers

A grand jury will convene for 12 months to investigate crimes, return indictments, and make presentments into people and entities involved in the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines.

Florida's Supreme Court on Thursday approved Gov. Ron DeSantis' request to impanel a grand jury to investigate COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers, their executives, and other medical associations or organizations involved in the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines for potential wrongdoing.

"A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein," the court order read.

In his petition to the Florida Supreme Court, DeSantis said investigations will focus on violations of the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Florida Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, and crimes involving "fraud or deceit."

DeSantis said vaccine makers created an environment that misled people into believing that getting a COVID vaccine would prevent transmission of the virus to others -- something we now know the shots have no ability to do.

He's the only one who has the oo to do this...and he did it. I'm sure the House will go after them, too.

They lied twice...said you won't get it...and said you couldn't pass it on...because you can't get it.

Simple cause and effect.

Let's hope and pray they will not only after the Covid-19 shots manufacturers but also whoever the masterminds of this Covid-19 with SARS-CoV-2 that can't be proven to exist by pure state purification and isolation without falsification. Oh, even if they claim SARS-CoV-2 been isolated but it didn't satisfy Koch's Postulate to prove contagiousness.

Let's pray the Covid-19 hoax masterminds, conspirators, big pharma and allopathic medicine get busted and exposed as biggest fraud.

Koch’s postulates have many limitations. One being that they are applicable to bacteria and not to viruses.
And, the COVID viruses have been isolated.

Yes I’m aware of that. Drs. Tom Cowan, Andrew Kaufman, Samantha & Mark Bailey, Stefan Lanka, Poornima Wagh, etc., all said there’s no so-called human pathogenic virus that ever satisfied Koch’s Postulate. That means Virology is big time pseudoscience, that HIV don’t exist, so-called 1918-22 Spanish flu virus didn’t exist, H1N1 don’t exist, SARS-Cov-2 don’t exist.

And DeSantis is the person some conservatives want for the GOP nominee? When 79% of U.S. citizens have been vaccinated?

After we were all told that the vaccine would prevent us from getting COVID and transmitting it, both of which turned out to be flat-out lies. And for many of us, getting vaccinated was a requirement to keep our jobs.

You don't think this warrants an investigation?

And I say this as one of the 79% who received a vaccine.

There are so many bought-off people that I wouldn’t trust the results.

Also, seems funny that people would simply not get a vaccination if they think the shots are so dangerous. But no. Now investigations have to be done, on top of all the statistics that show the vaccines helped to slow the virus down.

I have given up arguing on the covid threads because you will never change an idea so passionately held, but couldn’t resist criticizing the Trump haters’ hero.

Nobody here on FR hates Trump.

An increasing number of us believe that his time has passed and he has no longer has a path to the White House.

That's not hate. That's reality.

He is the Trump haters’ hero, however. Even if freepers have carefully delineated reasons for their candidate choices.

Do you really believe viruses do not exist?

Hopefully Florida will get in to the bottom of this corrupt government’s medicine.

Even in California, vaccinated barely 35%, they're just exaggerating the number of people who got duped in to getting Covid shots. I ask an acquintance why they (her whole family in Los Angeles), didn't get any jab nor booster, they said they read it in the Internet it's dangerous and unnecessary, the SARS-CoV-2 supposedly virus they say inflect Covid-19 can't be isolated, scientists can't do genome sequencing and no scientist on earth able to satisfy Koch's Postulate to prove transmissible by aerosol and body fluid.

If barely 35% vaccinated in dark blue state California, they probably only 20% vaccinated in Florida.

The 79% figure was a statistic, not a judgment on the vaccine itself, although I happen to believe the vaccine saved a lot of lives early on. The 79% figure was quoted as a political statement. I don’t think DeSantis is a viable candidate.

The vaccines do not protect as they used to. John Campbell has pretty much said the only way to avoid the latest mutation is to get the disease, and we will all get it, that’s how contagious it is. The mutations are just moving too fast.

So whether to get vaccinated or not is NOW a dead issue. But who we want for president is not.
