The Justices may be talking straight at anyone in the future, thinking of bringing a future dispute back to the SC, against a lower court who went either For, or Against, against a finding of fraud there.
(IF SC Justices will hear it.

I, too, hoped the US SC would drop that fraud hammer and we could be “one and done”.
However, the SC is not a criminal court, but in stone, Justices only publish an “Opinion”, concerning a dispute against a lower court, or in this case, by Rule #11.
This case attacks interference in an election, citing Constitutional law. I thought it sounded more like THE CONSTITUTION IS ON TRIAL. It is actually.
Maybe that is why the Supremes wanted it.
The fraud part will serve only as examples, I presume, but fraud is not the case complaint. It’s the actors actions against the CONSTITUTION on J6.
My assessment could be dead wrong, but that sounds like what I hear that the Brunsons and the Anons seem to be explaining.
If only the opinion of the Court will decide that Constitutional law was broken and they deliver that opinion, it opens the door for a criminal case to be made if UGGGE scope.
Given the numbers of defendants in only the Brunson Case, concerning the Senate actions on J6, RICO may come into play, but on NEW charges lodged by the Justice Department, of instigating a Coup.

Interesting....I didn’t know that level of the detail on the case....
I could see the SC stating that due to the violations of the Constitution that certain laws come into play to resolve the issue at hand. Those laws are the ones that dictate military tribunals take ownership of those types of trials.
So the resolution may be a referral to military tribunal for determination of the case in accordance with standing statutes instead of referral to a lower civilian court.
