I'm not trying to scare, I'm warning. And that first time it gets a lot lower than your ears. People have different experiences. What I found with all the people I coached through a niacin protocol is that the older folks are, the more intense the flush because they are severely niacin deficient, and it can last a lot longer than 45 seconds. But again, it's not dangerous - just uncomfortable. And it's most uncomfortable the first time.
To me, the flush feels like a sunburn on the inside. The wife says it's a lot different than a menopausal "hot flash".
I’ve done the sipping thing before, and that’s the method my wife uses. I can’t keep up with a glass long enough to do it because I can’t sit still.

Having been a long term alcoholic, the description of taking Niacin, the first “flush” and the following “confident feeling” the rest of the day has strong parallels to alcoholism.

Before the Covid vaccine rollout, the funeral home would get anywhere from 0-2 home calls per month. Since the vaccine rollout, his monthly home call numbers have exploded up to 13 in a single month, with most of the calls NOT coming from hospice patients.
Stillbirths: The same funeral director reported that while they rarely used to get stillbirth cases, they now get multiple stillbirth babies per month.
Injured Babies: In what might be the most egregious example yet, Rabbi Z. reported that an organization called “B’Yadcha” has been formed in NY in recent months that caters to parents whose baby has been born without a hand or a foot. According to the organization, the need for this has sprung up, as there have been local reports of approximately 12 babies per month who were born in such conditions.

In a nutshell niacin is for inflammation reduction. Imagine all the benefits you can get from inflammation reduction.
The reason it got so popular because it was excellent as a prophylactic for COVID (and other pathogenic disease). The virus is thermodynamically attracted to cellular inflammation. These less inflammation you have, the less likely the virus takes hold is the hypothesis.

For me, the niacin flushing lasts about 45 min. I get all tingly, and very, very red. Hubby kids have asked if I’m ok/need to go to urgicare.

I did, but I didn’t know about all this stuff either. I have not seen the process for docketing discussed, just the melee around it getting docketed. I still ain’t getting my hopes up, however. But, I am still enjoying the show.

Good for thought. Regarding blood and transfusions. Think about organ donation. The toxins/bad stuff are also collecting in the organs not just the blood. Organ reception will become very risky as well.
Yes, small isolated cohort, with lots of data points captured, followed in community over time. Very telling data.
Maybe start with a lower dose.
I’m gathering that the greater the niacin deficiency, the greater the niacin flush. I don’t THINK I’m B3 deficient, but I really don’t know, and that would be a good test. I may try it just to see how badly I flush and to get a sense of how deficient I might be. I’ll take one 500 mg dose and report back once I choose a suitable day without errands or activities outside my home, just in case it’s the never-ending flush and I need to be naked for a prolonged period. I think I’ve been hesitant to take niacin because of the warnings of liver damage.
Thank you! My dusty memory thought there was a connection to COVID. I’m off my statin and just on anti depressant and high blood pressure meds, but I take a ton of supplements (almost the whole alphabet, lol) and I sometimes wonder if that can become just as bad as being on so many prescriptions. Oh, and the horse paste when needed, so now I eat plenty of greens......
