My recollection is that niacin is good for alleviating inflammation and reducing cholesterol. It sounds like the flush might incinerate the cholesterol from your veins and arteries (???). I don’t know how it might reduce general inflammation in the body. Numberonepal and others have been doing their best to educate us about the benefits of the niatonin protocol (niacin and melatonin) but it’s still mysterious to me. I purchased niacin and melatonin several months ago but have yet to use them.
