I just stumbled across this. I'm sure that its been posted already but its news to me. Still need to watch it...my first reaction..."Is this legit, or is it fake?". If it is legit how the heck did it make it so far as to be viewable online? Supposedly its on Twitter?? Has anyone seen it yet? Feedback please. Thanks!

I watched a video on youtube (you now have to sign in to watch it) of a girl in South America at a fitness club lifting small arm weights.
She looked left, dropped the weights and did a literal faceplant on the floor. Stiff as a board when she fell. Later declared dead at a hospital.
I personally think she was dead before she hit the floor. I believe she was 39.

I understand it begins with a montage of “hoaxes”
