Two women who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse slapped JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank with separate lawsuits, claiming the financial giants chose profits over reigning in the convicted pedophile’s alleged sex-trafficking operation.
The women, identified only as Jane Does, filed the lawsuits Thursday in New York federal court, seeking class-action status and unspecified financial damages, according to the complaints reviewed by The Post.
The lawsuits state both banks assisted and participated in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking by enabling him to make payments to women for sex acts and that the banks profited from Epstein’s activities.
“We believe this claim lacks merit and will present our arguments in court,” a Deutsche Bank spokesman told The Post.
JPMorgan declined comment.
Both banks worked with the disgraced financier after he pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida in 2008. Epstein died in a federal Manhattan detention center in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
In the suit against Deutsche Bank, the woman claims she was sexually abused by Epstein and trafficked to his friends for 15 years - from about 2003 until about 2018. She was also paid in cash for sex acts, according to her suit.

“With JP Morgan’s complicity, Epstein was free to sexually abuse hundreds of women, paying millions in hush money, without the fear of detection by law enforcement. Epstein used the support from a reputable institution - JPMorgan - to help cover up his criminal activity,” the suit said.

Did they know how Epstein was spending his money? If not, I don’t see how they’re guilty of anything.
These banks will stop doing business with you if you hold the wrong political opinions, but have not problem continuing to do business with a convicted sex trafficking pedophile.
Working with pedophile sex traffickers does not lower your ESG score......
This is a crazy law suit going after deep pockets. They’re hoping for an out of court settlement to stifle bad publicity.

The girls have names too. It's just that nobody wants to know them.

Not even the post can apparently afford a copy editor.
Why haven’t those who actively engaged in this sexual abuse of these young women, girls, whatever they were at the time — whoever they were “shared with” — why haven’t they been charged, been made known publicly? I remember reading an excerpt of something that the Virginia woman was quoted as saying that she had been used for sex by powerful people in governments. Why don’t we know who these people are?
Every charge against him occurred in the 1998-2000 time period - more than 20 years ago!
In Florida, he was investigated by Florida GOP AG Pam Bondi and by a female GOP appointed US Attorney from Miami. Pedo Island was never even mentioned in the charges against him.
After a multi-year investigation, Epstein pleaded guilty to one count of paying a minor female for sex. Epstein maintained that the young woman told him she was 18, but in Florida you are still criminally responsible, even if the minor child lies about her age.
About two dozen other women claimed they had paid sex with Epstein, some of them under 18. Every one of them agreed to a cash civil settlement with Epstein, and Epstein admitted no guilt. For reasons unknown, Epstein did not demand a permanent non-prosecution clause in this settlement.
The charges Epstein faced in 2019 all came from the same women in his prior civil settlement, and from about a dozen new women who claimed the same crime (payment for underage sex) and from the same time period, 1998-2000.
Once again, no mention of any crimes on Pedo Island or on Epstein's jet. And, Epstein maintained that none of the women ever told him they were under 18.
Bottom Line...
Jeffrey Epstein was a bad person who paid many young women for consensual sex.
Every other alleged crime or association that has been made against Epstein is unproven Tabloid gossip.
Probably because these people ARE “powerful”.
Just as suing Colt Industries because your loved one was killed with an AR-15 is stupid it seems that suing banks for what Epstein may,or may not, have done is incredibly stupid. If I was a juror in such a case I’d vote “not responsible” on all counts.
Two shack down artists find hungry lawyer anything can happen.
