Which woman is he talking about…?
I don’t think she’s a man so many people think she is but if she were she’d go around talking to the press about menopause She’s a weirdo
Pretty lucky....good genes in my family
The glorious trifecta of menopause where your metabolism crashes, estrogen drops (leading to abdominal weight gain like men), and tendency towards insulin resistance due to age.
I'm 59 next week and just recently lost about 30 pounds, down to my high school Levi 501s. The "secret" was less calories and more exercise. Every day. If there's an easier and less annoying way to keep the weight off I'd like to know about it.
There is no "stigma" around menopause and there's plenty of information out there about it.
Wow. Just wow. Not only is there TONS of information, stacks of books (hey, Wookie...go to Amazon and order "Menopause for Dummies), there are also many many many new treatments for the various ailments from comfy night gowns for night sweats, herbal and other natural remedies, etc. Us modern old ladies have it so much better than our grandmothers! Michelle Obama is mind numbingly stupid.
The slow creep is Mike’s husband
she’s been a slow creep all of her life.
“The information she claims is sparse is magically found on Al Gore’s Internet.”
yabbut ... she would have to know how to read and comprehend, neither of which are her strong suits judging by the the “work” she did in college.
Twenty years ago there was an overabundance of information about this, so I’m sure there is more now. She’s just an attention whore.
There was a couple in our church a while back who learned they were expecting their first child. It was all about them. Traipsed into church late, slowly sashayed down the aisle to the front, he rubbed her back (in church - gross), she rubbed her belly. It was embarrassing and hilarious at the same time.
A old lady I sat next to leaned over to me and said, “It’s not like they invented it.” It struck me funny for some reason. Like Big Mike, it was all about them.
Recently I noticed that as I get older my metabolism slows and I need less food.
My wife and I are trying something radical: if I’m not hungry, don’t eat just because it’s meal-time.
With the last kid out of the house, there’s less need to stick to formal meals.
Right now, I’m not hungry so will skip breakfast and maybe have lunch a little early.
“My wife and I are trying something radical: if I’m not hungry, don’t eat just because it’s meal-time.”
We’ve modified, too, now in our 70s. We each grab a snack in the morning, eat a regular meal around 2 p.m., and maybe nothing or another snack in the evening.
We used to enjoy going to buffets at times. Not any more.
“Michelle Obama Opens Up About Menopause Weight Gain: ‘This Slow Creep’”
He’s always been a big girl.
I vividly remember sitting in the den one cool night with my two young sons watching television. My menopausal wife came in, looked around, and flipped the ceiling fan on. Then she left.
My son looked at me, not saying a word. I nodded my head, and he hopped up and turned the fan off.
🤮🤮🤮
Men go through menopause??
Hmmm?
Impacted colon was my first thought upon reading your reply.
You were a bag 10 years ago.
Thank you for my first big laugh of the morning!
