Nike announced on Friday that it has suspended its relationship with the Nets star in the wake of his promotion of an anti-Semitic film and book on social media. The company also said it will no longer launch the latest iteration of Irving’s shoe, the Kyrie 8.
“At Nike, we believe there is no place for hate speech and we condemn any form of antisemitism,” Nike said in a statement. “To that end, we’ve made the decision to suspend our relationship with Kyrie Irving effective immediately.
“We are deeply saddened and disappointed by the situation and its impact on everyone.”

Still haven’t heard what the antisemitic stuff is. I know he posted a link to a movie. But I cant find details of what the movie is about.

He has some odd ideas but the biggest thought crime I see is that he shared a clip of Alex Jones. A month later he shared the link to the movie but I bet the Jones share is what’s really behind this.
September 15, 2022, Irving shared a video on his Instagram story containing a rant by InfoWars creator and far-right conspiracy theorist[206] Alex Jones. In the video, from 2002, Jones promotes the New World Order conspiracy theory and alleges that state actors are planning to oppress the public by intentionally releasing viruses.[207][208][209]
Oct 27th he shares a link the the movie on Amazon. I have a feeling the Jones share is the real issue.
Kyrie offended the wrong group.....
Whoa…did not realize that. Unreal.
A little background info. Vick retired about 5 years ago and has not been heard of much since but Nike was all gung ho once he got out of jail and returned to the NFL back in the day.
