A mom of three was executed in front of her kids less than 24 hours after her estranged husband was sprung from jail on no bail over a caught-on-camera beatdown she’d posted to her Facebook page in a desperate plea for help.
The shocking case — in Gov. Kathy Hochul’s western New York hometown — has sparked fresh outrage to New York’s no-cash-bail laws and to the governor and fellow Democrats for refusing to repeal them.
Adam Bennefield, 45, who has a prior conviction for kidnapping another ex at gunpoint, is now charged with shooting dead his 40-year-old wife, Keaira Bennefield.
The victim was taking her young children — ages 6 months to 9 years — to school on the morning of Oct. 5, when he ambushed her on a road and gunned her down, authorities said.
Bennefield was free to carry out the alleged murder after being released from custody a day earlier on only misdemeanor charges despite the horrific attack on his wife inside her home.
Tragic Keaira Bennefield had shared the sick footage of Bennefield allegedly punching, kicking and slapping her on Facebook in a cry for help less than a week before she was murdered.
Now, in the weeks since the grim slaying questions have continued to mount as to whether more could have been done to prevent Keaira’s demise.

“The 2022 Florida Statutes
Title XLVII
CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND CORRECTIONS
Chapter 903
903.046 Purpose of and criteria for bail determination.—
(1) The purpose of a bail determination in criminal proceedings is to ensure the appearance of the criminal defendant at subsequent proceedings and to protect the community against unreasonable danger from the criminal defendant.
(2) When determining whether to release a defendant on bail or other conditions, and what that bail or those conditions may be, the court shall consider:
(a) The nature and circumstances of the offense charged.
(b) The weight of the evidence against the defendant.
(c) The defendant’s family ties, length of residence in the community, employment history, financial resources, and mental condition.
(d) The defendant’s past and present conduct, including any record of convictions, previous flight to avoid prosecution, or failure to appear at court proceedings....”
There is no “execute” without a trial. The proper word for this incident is “murdered”. When will reporters learn to use the language?
It’s all by design. White, elitist Rat politicians (i.e. Kathy Hochul and John Fetterman) WANT black people to kill each other. Hence, exhibit A.
Perhaps an insurance policy (or a $10,000/year of possible punishment personal liability guarantee from say a property owning relative) to the public might be required for pretrial release.
Insurance underwriting would supplement a judge’s judgement with a commercial underwriter’s (or relative’s) judgement and would financially cover the risks to the community as a whole.
“...I don’t know why you should care about this so much!?!”
There must not be enough gun laws.
Our Owners are just taunting us with their phony "legal system".
"Whaddaya gonna do about it, PEASANT? HarHarHarHARHARHARHAR. Shaddup and pay yer taxes!! Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk."
It's what the peasants are getting jammed down their throats for dinner.
Democrats seem to be okay with this, as long as the victim is not one of their “elite” ones like Paul Pelosi.

@AOC
I know the term “prison abolition” is breaking some people’s brains. The right is already freaking out.
Yet the US incarcerates more than anywhere in the world.
We have more than enough room to close many of our prisons and explore just alternatives to incarceration.

And....
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and three other House Democrats from New York called on Mayor de Blasio and Gov. Hochul Tuesday to release all inmates held on Rikers Island, citing a long-running pattern of “human right violations” at the jail.
Ocasio-Cortez made the extraordinary demand in a letter to de Blasio and Hochul issued jointly with Reps. Jamaal Bowman, Nydia Velazquez and Jerrold Nadler, who chairs the powerful House Judiciary Committee.
In addition to freeing the roughly 6,000 inmates on the island, the four lawmakers wrote that the jail itself should be “immediately” shuttered and federal funding for its operations seized.
“The current conditions experienced at Rikers are inhumane, unconstitutional and a public health crisis,” they wrote. “We believe federal funds should be used to decarcerate and shut down the facility immediately, as well as provide social, economic, psychological and physical health support to all those that are released to ensure their safe reentry into our community.”

So where are the “entrepreneurial” advocates, aka “trial attorneys,” to sue the crap out of the court for liability in this clearly avoidable death?
Mug shot....
This can’t be. Another person of color involved in a crime of violence? There was just one the other day. And the day before that.
Must have gotten new additional orders from the WEF nutjobs in Davos
Democrats don’t care that this woman was murdered in front of her children.
They never cared about victims of violent crime. They care only about the criminals.
It took 4 people to write a title that confusing... Man, that journalism school must be tough.
It seems to be increasing exponentially.
IIRC, there was an upsurge of demonic activity around the time Christ made His first appearance. Speculation is that the same thing will happen before His second one, because the demonic knows its time is short.
“How come David Dapepe was held without bail for doing far less?”
It’s very simple. The no bail and defund the police movements have one goal, to keep blacks out of jail. Dapeepee is not black.
