Things are getting more interesting in the U.S. Senate race between that barnacle-encrusted boat anchor, Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.), and veterans’ activist and nurse Tiffany Smiley, the Republican. RealClearPolitics has moved the race from “leans Democrat” to “toss-up.” One poll predicts that “right now, the Washington Senate race has become ground zero for a wave election upset.”
Smiley has been ascendant in recent weeks and has received key aid from Mitch McConnell and his Senate PAC money. She has acquitted herself well on the campaign trail and during debates.
A recent poll put Murray up by eight points, but she’s lost that edge recently because of the horrible conditions on the ground in Washington: record gas prices with the intent to raise them even more because of the Democrats’ religious obsession with the weather. Truck drivers need diesel fuel to get goods to customers, and there’s a Democrat-policy-induced shortage. Food is more expensive. Everything is more expensive. Why is America funding both sides of the Ukraine-Russian war? Nobody knows but even Ukraine-flag virtue-signalers in Washington know this makes no sense.
And RealClearPolitics has now listed the race as a toss-up and a statistical tie. After three decades of doing nothing in the Senate, Patty Murray may have to find a real job.

As much as I want to see it happen, watch King County; they always report last to determine how many votes are needed to subvert the will of the people. They “find” sufficient votes at the last minute to steal elections. I have seen it over and over.
I’m still bummed after the Bolsonaro loss.
That’s not a particularly flattering picture of Smiley, given how gorgeous she looks in most shots. Unfortunately for Murray, however, this photo is about as good as it gets

WA resident too. Totally agree that Murray is a POS. I called her office months ago to ask why US families put out of jobs by scamdemic were being cut off from food benefits Jan 1 while billions sent to Ukraine. Answering machine said someone would get back to me but of course nobody did.
Do WA voters realize what is coming to your local WA gas station in 2023 for gas prices? Here are the things that will raise the price at the pump:
Low Carbon Fuel Standard - this kicks in play in 2023. It is estimated by the State Department of Ecology that prices will go up one cent next year, two cents in 2024, four cents in 2025, and by 2031 19.3 cents per gallon.
Climate Commitment Act - Heard about this one? It's a nice way of saying "New Emissions tax". This will blow the pump prices out of the water. It's a tax on Carbon Dioxide Emissions that will...you guessed it...get passed on to you because it's cap and trade.
The shorthand reads like this: companies that emit CO2 will need to buy emissions allowances through an auction conducted by...wait for it...the WA State Department of Ecology. Estimates for 2023 say the additional cost at the pump for regular gas will be 53 cents per gallon or 46 cents for 10% Ethanol blends, 59 cents a gallon for diesel and 56 cents for fuels that comprise 5% biodiesel. That's just 2023.

I hope I am wrong, but people should temper their expectations.
We have not elected a Republican in a statewide race (of any consequence) since the mail-in ballots started.
Smiley is a very good candidate and she has lots of buzz outside of the I-5 corridor.
The Pelosi “thing” is a variation of the J6 propaganda.
All polls have showed that nobody but die hard Democrats care about the J6 garbage.
Imho the Pelosi propaganda is a nothingburger.
This election will follow the old rule “Its the economy stupid”.
Independents will remember how brutal their last trip to the grocery store was in their hometown.
King County turned election cheating into an art form.
In Seattle they “register” all the homeless people, show them as living in the County Courthouse, and miraculously all of them “vote” on election day.
If we had a real federal government rule of law there would be dozens of King County election officials wearing orange jump suits.
I already voted for 2 weeks ago. I saw my first Murray paid for anti-Smiley ad yesterday, and you could tell it was a bunch of old democrat hippies talking shit about her.

Razor thin margin so independents will decide this. Many of them are swayed by the most recent events. I may completely wrong
Being as how Washington State is on the west coast, the red wave, hopefully, will be well underway by the time the polls close in Washington.
Unless of course, there are problems with plumbing in all the ballot counting offices across the country . . .
