Russian President Vladimir Putin has been seen in a recent video with what appear to be IV track marks on the back of his hand, reigniting rumors that he is battling cancer.
Eagle-eyed viewers watching a propaganda video that was released by Russia’s Ministry of Defense last week spotted a suspicious mark on Putin’s right hand as he was grasping a soldier’s arm while visiting a boot camp in the Ryazan region.

That definitely looks like something is wrong. I wonder if this is why he is accusing Ukraine of planning a dirty bomb attack. If he knows he is dying soon he might plan to do a dirty bomb attack on Kherson or one of the other Ukraine cities he is about to loose. Kherson dirty bombed could make river traffic difficult for years. Also interfere with travel to Crimea depending on bomb size and strength.

The video is from Vlads day at the range. He inspected troops and went shooting their latest sniper rifle. He did very well. Go Vlad!
Compare western leaders to Vlad, the West hides in the basement, Vlad just got back from shooting sniper rifles on the range, after returning from Turkey, after the joint Chinese Russian military operations in Siberia…..much like Trump, full of energy and always out and about.
