I wonder about liability.
If a bar over serves you and you drive drunk and kill someone they can be liable.
If circle k sells you some dope and you smoke down the freeway and do similar are they liable?
So strange. All these seatbelt laws and car seat laws and vehicle safety requirements and then they start selling weed at gas stations. Straining at gnats, swallowing camels.

It is common knowledge that George Soros funds the pro legalization of marijuana movement here in the US. Can anyone cite one thing that George Soros has actually done that is good for America? I’m certain that legalizing cannabis for recreational use is going to be proved as a humongous mistake with devastating consequences on American society. If they are going to do this, they had better 86 the sushi or the streets are going to be littered with puke.

It doesn’t seem any different than a dispensary I go to being right beside a gas station. There is no difference. It’s already legal

This is a real time-saver.
Get gassed and stoned simultaneously, and then get on the road.
To: Red Badger
We already have drive through dispensaries and curb side pickup. I don’t even get out of the car. There’s no difference

I wonder why a place that sells snacks would want a marijuana dispensary connected to the building, as well? Hmmmmmm....

This is some BS. Cannabis isn’t even legalized yet in Florida.

Cannabis in Florida is illegal for recreational use. Possession of up to 20 grams is a misdemeanor offense, punishable by up to a year in jail, a fine of up to $1000, and the suspension of one’s driver’s license.
