Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Highway police in Ontario said a dump truck's box became lodged underneath a highway overpass when the vehicle attempted to drive under the bridge with the box raised.
The Ontario Provincial Police posted a video to Twitter showing the box wedged between the road and the pedestrian overpass over Highway 401 in Mississauga.
The driver was not injured in the crash, OPP said.
A follow-up tweet said Ontario Ministry of Transportation engineers were examining the overpass to assess the damage caused by the truck.
Ripped the box right off the truck! Good Job!

Probably not the last either
I'm guessing Native Canadians are just too lazy to drive the trucks or refused vaccinations so they had to hire immigrants to do the job.
Not as much crashes as before since they raised it 8 inches.
The price of hiring the new cheap labor.
Too many to list
We have a similar railroad overpass near here in Pensacola, called ‘The Graffiti Bridge’. It is commonly painted over and over with graffiti for all types of ‘causes’ BLM, George Floyd, Breast Cancer, whatever is current news.
It is the site of a truck accident at least twice a year, and sometimes twice a month..........

Has live shot....currently PINK for Breast Cancer............
Hmmm, UPI is still a thing?
Yes, they were bought by the Moonies years ago.....................
It had no clearance, Clarence.
Once upon a time my mom worked for a small rental company. Mostly tools but they also rented box trucks. There were 4 directions you could take to get from the company. One had a low clearance railroad bridge. The renters were warned verbally, on the paperwork and on a placard in the truck. I can’t count how many times one of their trucks got stuck under that bridge.
Once about 15 years ago I was driving to work from Northern VA to DC, coming up the GW Parkway to enter on to the 14th street bridge. I saw a northbound dump truck in the middle lane with the bed of his truck straight up. I thought “he’s not going to make it under the railroad bridge overpass”.
Nope, he didn’t. He hit the overpass and the bed sheared completely off.
BTW, the dent on the railroad overpass is still there.
That’ll buff right out.
That driver will never live that one down.
EX-driver........................😉
The driver left the PTO engaged and then hit switch while driving.
One of my drivers just did the same thing except all he did was rip down the power lines.
