Phillies have come a long way in a short period of time. They got a new skipper mid season this year. I thought I heard that they do not signal the pitcher with hand signals. Some sort of buzzer that is attached to the wrist of the catcher. He signals the pitcher with it. Goes to a earpiece. Never heard of it but swear I heard it mentioned during the last game.

Don’t have a problem with your numbers but the rankings you seem to skip a few places, like 4,5,7 etc. Understand the ties but why the place omissons?

It's the same way they rank golf tournaments; if two players are tied for second, nobody is in third place.

But thanks for asking about it because I realized I made an error in the ranking this week (I think it had to do with me switching from MS Excell to OpenOffice and chuckallen going ahead of major_gaff). My position should be Tied for fourth and everybody below that level was listed one number too high. The top 3 guys are listed correctly.

If anyone requests I'll gladly repost the corrected table, if not I'll save JimRob some bandwidth.

Right! If we're two weeks away from a Democrat landslide, I don't know what happens..., The actual Free Republic that was founded as the United States of America, and the FreeRepublic.com that I've posted to and enjoyed for some 24 years believing in my conservative brothers and sisters opinions are being pushed to the limit.

We'll see. I still believe in free speech, do others? Does the DOJ, or the FBI?

I blame our education system and parents who don’t give a damn.

Neither teach the uniqueness of America and in fact delight in tearing her down.

However this upcoming election looks brighter than a month ago. Blue areas are starting to get what rule under one party system results in and getting it good in gas, heating oil and crime.
Will wait and see if it can overcome the cheat factor.
