When Ceausescu totally ruined Rumania, to the point that no food was available, he started promoting urban agriculture like this.
Grow rabbits in apartment, get grass from city park, grow vegies on balcony, ...

The simple act of planting a garden can have big impacts – from building a more diverse and resilient local food system to empowering communities to address issues like nutrition access and climate change. How did my raspberry patch suddenly become part of the "local food system" or the "community"? No wonder the left hates children's books like The Little Red Hen where all the loafers refuse to work but demand to share the hen's bread.

It is a ploy to eventually force registration an permitting. Which at some point can be denied if they like. Just like a driver’s license.

The USDA is yet another federal agency that needs to be shuttered. I don’t need them in my garden for “food safety” or any other reason. I don’t need them inspecting food that I buy at the grocery store. We don’t need them wasting tax dollars on school lunches. That’s a parent’s responsibility.

When they find out more white people garden it will become racist and you’ll have to give 80% of your vegetables seats so you don’t eat more than your “fair share”.
