Anne Heche’s oldest son has reportedly revealed what he believes is the value of the late actress’s estate.

According to Homer Laffooon, Heche allegedly died with approximately $400,000 to her name, per court documents obtained Tuesday by the Daily Mail. Laffoon reportedly said in his filing that his “best estimate on the value of all [Heche’s] personal property is $400,000.”

Laffoon, 20, also reportedly revealed that his mother lived in an apartment and did not own a home, alleging in the paperwork that she “did not have any interest in real property at the time of her death.”

or, According to Homer Laffooon...

I kind of like the 3 o’s in the first part of the story. Makes it unique, in a world of ordinary Lafoons.

At least Megan Markle didn’t cover up mass sexual abuse of children by Muslims like her father-in-law and grandmother-in-law did?

When I lived in the bay area in 2000, it was 250k for a single wide on a lot maybe 10 feet bigger than the trailer. 1200 square foot 3 bedroom ranches on postage stamp lots were 500-600k... efficiency apartments were $1200 a month, and that was 20+ years ago. I wouldn’t even consider a job in Cali or NY if it didn’t come with a 500k a year salary.... cost of living there is a joke.

She died without a will. Her boyfriend is claiming that an email was her will, but legally an email cannot be a will (in every state that I know of, a will must either be signed by the testator in the presence of two witnesses, who also must sign the will, or be entirely in the testator’s handwriting).

She may have had bank or brokerage accounts that were set up as transfer on death or joint tenants with right of survivorship, in which case they would not be part of her probate estate. Also, if she was the beneficiary of any trusts (including any trusts that she set up to avoid probate), those assets would not be part of her probate state.

Everything that is in her probate estate will end up being divided between her three children, after all of the debts, lawyers fees and other probate expenses are paid.

A lot of actors aren’t paid much, and many of them work infrequently. It’s a high-risk profession. Most will never make it big. Anne Heche hung in for a long career, but she was never A-list.

Don't discount hangers-on, grifting relatives, parasitical agents. She lived in a swamp full of venomous snakes, leeches, and blood sucking ticks.

She needed to be washed in the blood of the Lamb. She built her home on sinking sand.

I know.
I didn’t do it myself.
I’m very wise in hindsight.

Very sad, that she left him via suicide.

FTA….

Laffoon also reportedly expects to receive another $400,000 annually from royalties and residuals.

I looked on Zillow for giggles for homes up to 400k in LA and most did not even break 1000sf for the area inside the building. Only 62 were offered by realtors. Even 15years ago a under 1000sf bungalow in Huntington Beach was going for around 800k. the aerospace companies were buying homes for their new engineers in the area of HB as the employees could not afford it and so they did not have hour plus commute.

She was a known name and was in several high profile movies and many TV shows since the late 1990s.
Look her up on IMDB.

Living in Hollywood is expensive.
Your upfront costs are huge.
