More burning steel?
Is there a gas line on the bridge? I am guessing either that or rail tanker or truck was targeted. From the pictures this isn't the main span of the bridge.

Russian Train hit on the Crimean bridge. Reported to be carrying Russian weapons and newly mobilized reinforcements from Russia to Kherson region.

From this pic, it looks like a rail car on the bridge is burning. If so, this was probably sabotage as opposed to a missile strike.
