Is WWIII this year's October Surprise?

Preface: I've been monitoring the Russia/Ukraine war very closely since the beginning and comparing the non-stop shamefully dishonest propaganda of the OBiden-controlled media with news from independent, mostly pro-Russian sources. What matters to me is truth, and that is coming almost exclusively from the pro-Russian side: It's almost exactly the reverse of the U.S./USSR contest of the Cold War, with America now taking the old Soviet role and the Russian Federation taking the ethical higher ground formerly held by the U.S.

Everything done by Putin in this conflict is reasoned, rational and either clearly legal under international law or clearly defensible by comparison to U.S. interventions in foreign nations, which our government insist are legal.

If you don't share that view, it's likely the fault of your "news" sources. Tag-teaming propaganda by the leftist and neocon (RINO) media (which includes huge swaths of Christian media controlled by neocons like Pence, Romney and Ryan) is the only reason so many Americans are backing OBiden on this war. If the average American knew what I know from my independent research, there would never even have been a Russian incursion into Ukraine because we would all recognize that our government has nefariously orchestrated every single step of this conflict since at least 2014…

He stated that if Russia cannot exist the whole world can not be allowed to survive either.

Except Russia does exist, and will continue to exist even if it loses in Ukraine.

we NEVER annexed a territory as a result of a referendum taken while our troops were present on that territory’s soil.

With Hawaii, we didn't even bother with a referendum; we simply surrounded Queen Liliuokalani's palace with Marines and told her that she wasn't in charge anymore.

Taking something by purchase is WAY different that taking something by force.

Don’t believe me?

What is the difference between commerce and theft?

I believe you.

Much of the historical problem comes from who was "legitimately" able to sell the land?

Ownership is often disputed.

War, or another calamity, so they can call off the November elections.

The Congress refused to ratify that event.

Eventually, President McKinley did, a few years later.

The Senate refused to ratify the annexation.

During the Spanish American war, a simple majority of both houses voted for annexation.

By the time of annexation, the population of "native" Hawaiians had dwindled to where they were a minority in the Islands.

Hawaii created their own government, and petitioned to join the United States.

Ahem.

We overthrew the existing government of Hawaii.

(They didn't create their own government; we created it for them.)

“ Ownership is often disputed. ”

As the Revisionists like to say. Something to consider from this fifth generation Texan:

When my ancestors first landed in the rolling plains of West Texas, there was NOBODY there. Oh sure, every now and then, the Apaches and Comanches would come through following the Buffalo herds, but they didn’t stay. Even they had enough sense not to try to settle in that arid environment. Building a settlement and busting sod was hard work. Hunting and fishing were much easier … even if that meant you had to be mobile.

Back then, everything native to Texas would either bite you, stab you, or stick you. Now that the environment has been tamed, everybody wants to stake a claim.

Sorry, that time was 150 years ago.

It doesn’t matter what I think. But History like the Sino-Russian conflict of 1969 can be instructive. I will say I think our leaders have wargamed this scenario and appear to embrace it.

I think the MIC wants to play with tactical nukes where it's safe, not according to other posters, "for some unknown reason".

To the last Ukrainian, and dirty RuZZians must die - as all our resident neoconneds demand.

The MIC has been enjoying testing out all its gear for the customers to see.

What "we" kemo sabe?

The coup was a dispute between influential people who had emigrated to Hawaii and become powerful there.

How many of those were born there is not know to me. The "native" Hawaiian population had been dwindling down for decades. The emigrant population had been growing dramatically.

The U.S. Minister to Hawaii conspired with those powerful people to stage the coup, but the U.S. Senate refused to agree to it, as did the next U.S. President.

It was certainly *not* an official U.S. position, the American people did not vote for it, the Senate did not ratify it.

It was only during the Spanish American war when it was accepted.

The Russian Federation attacked the Kiev region with kamikaze drones: there is a fire in the White Church, there is a victim
Admin by Admin October 5, 2022

Tonight, Russia attacked the Kyiv region with kamikaze drones. In Bila Tserkva, air defense went off, despite this, there are “arrivals” in the city.

This was announced by the head of the Kyiv OVA Oleksiy Kuleba.

“We have information about several explosions in Bila Tserkva. According to preliminary data, the city was attacked by kamikaze drones. Because of this, fires at infrastructure facilities. There is one victim,” he said.

Emergency services are already on the scene. Information about the destruction and victims, according to Kuleba, is still being clarified.

“Do not neglect the alarm signal – immediately go to the shelter. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. The air raid continues!”, he stressed.

A friend of mine, who married a Ukrainian woman, reported the same to me a few minutes ago.

These regions actually already had had a referendum but Ukraine refused to honor it, and furthermore kept harassing the population of the area (remember the Azov Brigades?). It was basically Biden who whipped up the situation with some rambling words about NATO - and while he was the first one to casually toss out a few words about WWIII, I swear he did it by accident.

Biden had been involved with Ukraine for years, and it was considered Europe’s most corrupt country. Biden was the one who engineered Zelensky’s becoming president of the country, and the one who has been feeding this ever-hungry former TV comedian with billions and billions of our dollars to keep this bloody farce going.

But that is our manifest destiny - the white man’s burden. That is no justification for Putin.

Biden certainly bears much responsibility.

His showing weakness in Afghanistan, and practically inviting Putin to take a slice of Ukraine precipitated Putin's adventurism.

But Ukraine refused to go along.

If President Trump were in office, the war never would have happened.

The Ukrainians are creating a mythos.

We are seeing the birth of a nation.

Hey guess what?

The South had referendums, too, and the North did not accept them.

A referendum is great, but freedom can only be purchased in blood. Why should the Ukraine separatists receive any treatment that is better than the Confederates received?

It is only the Ukrainians who have the moral authority to bomb and shell civilians. And moreover we have no interest in what Ukraine does to its own citizens. We do have something to say when Putin illegally wrests control of those areas from the peaceloving Ukrainian government with a sham referendum.
