Radicalized is not the correct phrase, but now it’s growing in popularity probably for political purposes.
Personally I think Obsessed, and Paranoid are the correct terms when a person reaches the level that drives one to murder his own family.

There is always a small percentage of the population that only needs some delusional group to feed their paranoia until they go “bat-shit-crazy.”

I saw a stat, can’t recall where, that Q Followers are not typically violent. However when they do “go-off” it’s usually against family, a domestic act of violence.
Mental illness can affect anyone at all in society.
Some people commit violence, and the media says it is because of “white supremacy” and “hate”.
Other people commit violence, and the media says it is because of “QAnon” and “radical politics”.
But I don’t think the media ever finds a violent crazy person who was ruined by “Progressive ideas” and “wokeness”. Because those things are always double-plus good.

I have seen anger coming from people that are anti-Covid-vaccines.

Posting how one would like to see nurses and doctors hang doesn’t help their cause one bit.
More likely he was going that way anyway. But yeah, I’m sure there are paranoids across the political spectrum and among the apolitical too. The Q operation clearly would attract such from the right.
Or she could be repeating what she hears in the mainstream media everyday, because Q means Trump supporters, MAGA, and are prone to violence. People talk about this stuff all the time on alternative social media, and they don’t kill off their families. It’s another underlying problem.

The Qanon conspiracy began in 2017 claiming that global elites and members of the Democratic party were members of a pedophilic, Satanic cult that trafficked children. In 2020 the conspiracy which reached mainstream American politics grew to include the false conspiracy the 2020 election was stolen, Former President Trump would be reinstated to begin executions of political opponents and the COVID-19 pandemic was planned. The conspiracy also believes the vaccines are meant to be a form of population control.
The views have also become mainstream for supporters of Trump in Michigan including at least one member of the Michigan House being seen wearing a “Q” pin at a pro-Trump rally last year. Current GOP candidate for Secretary of State Kristina Karamo was also a featured speaker at a QAnon Convention in 2021. Members of Qanon were also present at the January 6th insurrection.

Really bad phrase. I thought that had all died down. Lot of the stuff I saw posted here on FR was reasonable considering the real take over of our Fed and in some cases State Governments by the “radical Left” (i.e. Dem/Communist)
I’ve never spent any time trying to understand the Q stuff. But the #ComDem’s and their BLM and Antifa are much more turned toward violence.
It is sad when a family member goes over the edge, in the insane world we live in today. It is a wonder there is not more of this.

When freedoms are removed, as they were in the pandemic mandates and lockdowns,it is the most vulnerable and sensitive among us who will break first.
But most of the country is now fuming at what the governments did to us.
