The world needs more of this.

Very Shire-like.

This guy was just preparing the electorate for Biden’s next brilliant move, floating down the Potomac in an even bigger pumpkin and smashing this record.

That’s pretty cool! It looks like it has a high center of gravity. Maybe he has some ballast in it?

Now his record becomes a new target for every whipper snapper attention hog.

I think a requirement for this feat should be that you HAVE to grow it yourself.

Clearly this would only work in the upper stretches - that ‘boat’ wouldn’t last long south of KC (after joining Kansas River) - I’ve seen huge logs floating on Missouri get sucked down in the turbulance and not come back up for quite a long time. The Mighty Mo is NOT to be toyed with.

I went down a portion of the Harpeth River south of Nashville in a horse trough. It was a surprisingly stable boat.

Zero lateral stability.

This was an achievement!

Brendan, the Irish monk who discovered America, did it in a very large potato.

Or would have, if the Irish had had potatoes in 500 AD.

What was the old record for floading down a river in a 846 pound pumpkin?

Was it still 846 lbs after he scooped out the inside?

Holy Pumpkin Paddle Batman!!!
