On Monday Kash Patel, the former chief of staff to the Acting United States Secretary of Defense under President Donald Trump, joined Tucker Carlson to discuss the recent raid on Mar-a-Lago and the release of the highly redacted affidavit to raid the former president’s home.
During the discussion Kash Patel told Tucker’s audience the real reason why the raid took place. It was to prevent the disclosure of unclassified Russiagate documents that implicated the FBI and DOJ in the garbage investigation of candidate and then President Trump.
The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to effectively steal the documents and prevent them from being released.
Kash Patel: " As we’ve said from the beginning. We got out 60% of the documents from the Russiagate investigation. 40% remained. President Trump declassified those specific documents. And this entire raid on his house I believe was to prevent the disclosure, now that the government gangsters are back in charge, of their corrupt activities from Russiagate on down. Because now that they have an open FBI intelligence investigation they will shield any release of documents because they will say we have an open investigation. Congress has a lot of work to do and I’m glad whistleblowers are coming forward. They need to be doing so in droves."

I think his attorneys did that a week or two ago.

The more people are pissed off the more they pay attention. They were not pissed off enough years ago.
He filed a lawsuit based in part on these documents so it is possible that his attorneys have them since they were declassified.

He and his attorneys should immediately file a Biven’s action against the FBI and the DOJ for violation of his civil rights. They have violated so many of his civil rights, the complaint would likely be thousands of pages long, and federal judges in Biven’s actions are not likely to allow the FBI to shield documents, in fact, if they make those complaints, the judge will demand the documents for his own perusal, and if they’re playing the false “classified” game, they can expect any further complaints of not producing documents, for security reasons, to be denied.
Also, by opening a counter-intel investigation they can hold the Mueller threat over Trump's head: obstruction of justice. They literally threatened Trump that if he spoke out to defend himself that would constitute obstruction of justice. (It is part of our new criminal code: if you attempt to defend yourself it is 'obstruction of justice'. Adam Schiff perfected the practice.)
On the subject of 'assassination', ex-police commissioner of NYC, Bernard Kerick (sp?) stated recently that if this Mar-a-Lago raid doesn't turn the tide against Trump, the cabal may resort to assassination.
4D chess theory: Trump let them know what he had, and knew they’d come after these files, and tin so doing, move the whole issue into the spotlight where the MSM cannot ignore it.
Trump plays golf regularly. He will be in good shape until age 90. Especially because Trump does not drink to my knowledge.

The Beltway elite are furious with the FBI and DOJ for the raid. Now there is a legal process that could get out of control.

Almost like feeding bait to fish? Come on, if Trump had a stash of documents like that he should have released them BEFORE the election. What’s the point on sitting on them? It is either a lie that they had them, or incompetence that they weren’t public.
I believe President Trump has the goods on the false flag effort to make Americans believe that MAGA people were responsible for the January 6th riots.
