Mike Davis goes through piece by piece why the raid was unlawful. Very well done. Mentions previous rulings on pertinent issues such as who decides if former POTUS’ papers are personal or not etc. Asks why Garland didb’t ask Office of Legal Counsel to give opinion on it etc.

Couldn't help noting that after Mike Davis explains by precedent and law - that Biden, the AG and FBI had NO LEGAL RIGHT to documents or articles in Mar-A-Lago, it goes right over the head of the blond Fox news woman. Despite Mike's circumspect explanation of the LAW, the Fox TDS news-woman reverts to arguing AG and FBI talking points.
And this is why I don't watch Fox or any other Anti-America-First channel !
