Couldn't help noting that after Mike Davis explains by precedent and law - that Biden, the AG and FBI had NO LEGAL RIGHT to documents or articles in Mar-A-Lago, it goes right over the head of the blond Fox news woman. Despite Mike's circumspect explanation of the LAW, the Fox TDS news-woman reverts to arguing AG and FBI talking points.
And this is why I don't watch Fox or any other Anti-America-First channel !

So the White Hut is saying that Resident Biden waived President Trump's exertion of executive privilege and I've yet to see anyone discuss whether that is even legally possible. That would mean that Biden has the power to claw back a privilege that President Trump had while serving in his term and while Biden was just a citizen.

Yes, Mike Davis laid out an irrefutable case that the raid on Mar-A-Lago was a political act and illegal. Roberts was smart enough in the clip to keep his mouth closed. The bimbo who tried to push the Fox line against Davis was left looking way over her head—she apparently could not follow what Davis was saying.
