Everyone said the same thing in 2016. They turned out to be wrong.
With every President back to at least FDR, people said “Oh noes! They’re going to cancel the upcoming elections! They’re going to declare martial law! They’re going to suspend the Constitution!” That never happened either.
Fox News has done nothing but attempt to demoralize for years, ever since Murdoch’s sons took over. Tucker Carlson is usually tolerable, but he’s far from infallible.
This November, we will simply have to do our duty as American citizens, and then leave the rest up to God.
