Budget bill...needs simple majority. They don’t have to vote for it. If Manchin and Sinema side with them, they parade around like heroes. If Manchin and Sinema vote with the Dems, they know Harris will break the tie and they can thump their chests that they opposed, while many of them would have NO problem voting for it, if needed.

This is exactly the way to do it. Liberals are always telling people who they don’t live around how to live. As long as the flood of illegals is to someone else’s state, they don’t care. As long as they don’t live around all the crime, they want police defunded. Someone they don’t see the hypocrisy.
