Key blood clotting protein could be 'warning light' for severe COVID cases (TNKase best against PAI-1)

A protein that could be an early indicator of severe COVID-19 has been identified and described by scientists.

Patients who get seriously ill following a COVID-19 infection frequently show evidence of a severe form of lung disease and in around 30% of patients blood clots are evident. Blood clots arise due to deposits of fibrin within the lung contributing to pneumonia and respiratory distress. These fibrin deposits restrict the oxygen absorbed into the lung.

The research group found that patients with COVID-19 had significantly higher levels of a protein called PAI-1 (plasminogen activator inhibitor 1) compared to those with non-COVID respiratory infections and those with no infection at all. PAI-1 acts to inhibit breakdown of fibrin in the body. As such, the high PAI-1 in COVID-19 patients prevents fibrin removal from the lung and other parts of the body, giving rise to pneumonic complications and thrombosis.

The team say the study results indicate that PAI-1 could be a potential early indicator of severe COVID-19 outcome. Not only that but the results from the group indicate that an existing clot-busting drug, Tenecteplase, could be used to treat the condition.

Prof. Nicola Mutch said, "Our challenge is to understand why severe cases of COVID-19 are prone to these clots.

"In this study we have identified PAI-1 as a key protein involved in the persistence of blood clots in severe COVID-19 disease. PAI-1 is associated with a poorer outcome in patients. There are existing drugs that could be utilized to promote breakdown and clearance of fibrin in the lung of those with severe COVID-19, our study shows that a PAI-1 resistant form of a clot busting agent, Tenecteplase, is superior over other drugs. Our data indicates a novel strategy to treat patients with severe COVID-19 and subsequent severe acute respiratory coronavirus infections."

Tenecteplase is also known as “TNKase,” “Metalyse,” and “Elaxim.”

It looks like there is a good way to stop the clots.

We use nattokinase (a fermented soybean supplement) to thin blood and reduce fibrin.

Best defense against heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, lung infections, joint pains, improve A1C and even cancer is 120 minutes aerobic exercise every week. I have personal experience of these benefits for last 22 years. In my late 59’s I had chest pains after eating, was borderline diabetic, got colds often, had hip joint pain, panic attacks with heart racing while shopping in malls, high blood pressure, and trouble sleeping. Regular aerobic exercise got rid of all my health issues. Shocked at the benefits of just routine mild exercise. Have not had a cold or flu in 15 years. At the gym today 2 teenagers guessed my age as 60. They were surprised I am 82.

The 4 jabs I had so far were a huge nothing burger for adverse effects. 18 months after the first jab, I feel more healthy than 18 months ago.

--- "...our study shows that a PAI-1 resistant form of a clot busting agent, Tenecteplase, is superior over other drugs." The study was in less than two hundred individuals, including those without Covid. The recommendation for this specific brand is "marketing by study." Tenecteplase is made by Genentech, which says "TNKase therapy should not be used in the following conditions due to an increased risk of bleeding: active internal bleeding, history of stroke, brain or spinal surgery or a serious head injury within 2 months, brain tumor, an abnormal connection between veins and arteries, or abnormal bulge in the wall of an artery, problems with blood clotting, and severe uncontrolled high blood pressure."

As to Covid and as today, 15 August 2022, two and one half years since the onset of this hysteria....

( 6,435,645 "global deaths" / 7,914,523,344 "global population" ) x 100 = 0.081 percent mortality rate.

Less than one tenth of one percent worldwide over 32 months. The survival rate has been a mere 99.92 percent.

I agree. Walking everyday has huge benefits. Also strength training helps you stave off that getting old feeling. I’m 65, no meds, resting heartbeat 45, and can still keep up in the gym with the youngsters. But the key to a long healthy life?

Yep..the jab is the main reason for the clotting and has also been linked to the long haul covid crap.

Correct. Old people avoid exercise like it was covid or something. Mostly I see young people in good shape at the gym.

The late cardiologist Stephen Sinatra had good things to say about nattokinase for this.
