Getting an indictment takes a good story and a little evidence.
I haven’t followed any of this “document” stuff. But it looks like this could have been solved by two guys, a subpoena, and a pick up truck.

It’s pretty hard to argue with that.
DeSantis will definitely do something in response to this. He will have the support of most of our legislators, too.
For one thing, this is a real insult to our state and its sovereignty (as it was meant to be, of course). I also see it as a very thinly veiled threat to DeSantis himself, just a reminder that the Feds can do whatever they want, wherever they want to do it, and to anybody.
