How anyone believed hundreds of billions in new spending was going to lower inflation is beyond me—but they’re not called ‘useful idiots’ for nothing.
On Sunday, the United States Senate passed what was imprudently named the Inflation Reduction Act—with Kamala Harris breaking the tie, literally snickering as she condemned America to further economic carnage, and working-class citizens to utter financial strangulation.
SNIP
Interesting to note is that the mockingbird media—nothing more than a propaganda machine at the behest of the Democrat-Marxists driving the country into the ground—referred to the bill as the Inflation Reduction Act, but only until it passed. Now the headlines read:
1. Senate passes $739bn healthcare and climate bill after months of wrangling
2. Senate passes Democrats’ sweeping health care and climate bill
3. U.S. Senate approves bill to fight climate change, cut drug costs in win for Biden
4. Senate Democrats passed an election-year economic bill package focused on climate, taxes and health care with a tie-breaking vote from Vice President Kamala Harris.

Remind me of the last time there wasn’t false advertising in the naming of legislation.
Even Republicans seem to believe in the efficacy of government.
They are grabbing money hand over fist to stash in their war chests. And their war is against the American people.
its as if mcdonalds could sell you 2 pieces of bread and call it a hamburger
She may have passed......................
Guess this proves that, with Democrats, there is no situation so bad that it can’t be made even worse. Then, if Republicans have a win this fall, the blame will be placed on them if they can’t turn all this around. Hopefully, the American people will understand the heart of the problems we face. If Democrats “win” by whatever means, then the ball will be squarely in their court, but it is going to get harder & harder to eplain how their idea of winning is really a loss for America.
Kind of like the Affordable Care Act.
Typical lying RAT behavior.
Sort of like the concentration camps and extermination camps in Russia and Nazi Germany labeled as “work” camps.
That is coming. Instead of calling it “the impossible burger”, it will be the “impossible to find the burger burger”.
Well...it’s a Democrat bill right? So saying it is “false advertising” is redundant :)
They always seem to name bills that describe the opposite of what will happen or is desired.
If they were to write a “unborn health act” - you know exactly what it’ll be funding...and the last thing they mean is the well being of the unborn, rather the funding of abortions for mothers that don’t want them.
Only our government would pass a 800million bill, 400 of which to climate change purposes, with sole spending authority by White House, and then the gall to call it, “Inflation Reduction Act”. When will they go to far.
Ok so how about the opposition party draft a bill that eliminates the IRS and defines the Department of Education and shuts down NPR. Then title it “the Civil Rights Act of 2022.
But that would require an opposition party that was not scared to death of opposing the Communists
Hugh Hewitt was calling this the "doubling the IRS" bill this morning. Rather apt, I think, as it will bring home to most people the fear of an audit. Also, the "87,000 new IRS agents" can be twisted just a bit to "87,000 additional auditors to audit the middle and working class". Good slogans to use with folks in the middle!
I like the idea of calling it the Depression Bill.
Moron. I think moron works.
Where’s the beef?
We need that Clara Peller back from the dead. Hopefully she won’t vote.

Dems are masters at this, Like New York’s “safe act” which made people less safe when restricting gun rights. And that legislation to eliminate bail, how’s that working out.
Bongino correctly calls it the Inflation Production Act.
They know what they are doing, which makes this even more insidious.
